GrownCo Media is an AI-first creative studio from Ahmedabad, India. We make AI UGC ads, product commercials, avatar videos, motion graphics and edits for D2C, ecommerce and growth brands in India and abroad.
Our edge is simple: people who have spent years cutting short-form video, directing AI tools that remove the studio, the crew and the waiting.
Built different, on purpose
Why we exist
Brands told us the same story again and again. One shoot took weeks to plan, cost lakhs, and produced one hero video. Then the ad team asked for ten variations to test, and there was no budget or footage left to make them.
AI changed the economics of video, but most AI content still looks cheap and fake, because the people making it have never had to keep a viewer past the first three seconds. We sit in the middle: editors and motion designers who know what makes people watch, using AI to produce it faster and at a fraction of the cost.
What makes us different
1. Editors first, AI second
AI is our camera, not our creative director. Every script, hook, cut, caption and sound choice is made by a person who edits for a living. We throw away a lot of AI output so you only see what is good enough to run.
2. Ads built to be tested, not just admired
Performance marketing needs volume. We plan every project with several hooks, angles and formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9), so your team can test, find the winner and scale it.
3. You talk to the people making your video
No account-manager relay. Your producer and editor are on the same WhatsApp group or call as you, so feedback is understood the first time.
4. Fixed quotes and clear rights
You get a fixed quote, a timeline and the number of revision rounds before any work starts. When the invoice is paid, you know exactly what you can use, where and for how long.
5. Responsible AI, in writing
We only create a digital twin or voice clone of someone who has given written consent. We don’t fake customer reviews or impersonate real people, and we follow platform rules on AI disclosure. Read our AI Content, Likeness & Consent Policy.
6. Days, not months
Most first cuts arrive within 3–7 working days of an approved script, because there is no location, crew or talent schedule to wait for.

A small senior team of video editors, motion designers and AI producers based in Ahmedabad, India. We work with brands, founders and agencies across India and abroad.

No. AI does the heavy lifting in production, but people write the scripts, direct the look, edit, check every frame and approve the final file. Many projects also mix AI with your real footage, product photos or screen recordings.

They shouldn’t, and that is the part we obsess over. We discard weak generations, fix hands, faces and products shot by shot, and finish everything with real editing, sound design and colour. If a shot doesn’t look right, it doesn’t go in your video.

Yes, with written consent from the person whose face and voice are used. The consent says where and how long the AI twin can be used, and it can be withdrawn. We never create a likeness of someone without their permission. See our AI Content, Likeness & Consent Policy.

Once the invoice is paid in full, you can use the final videos for your brand on any platform, as set out in your proposal. Stock footage, music and fonts follow their own licences, which we explain before delivery. See our Terms of Service.
